This time it's literally just DHS. The number of DHS civilians in the DC metro area is relatively small compared with the rest of the federal workforce. The big agencies that drive the DC status page (Defense, Treasury, State, HHS, etc.) are fully funded and open. Updating the main banner would be misleading for the 99%+ of federal employees who are unaffected.

The problem is you didn t read the clarification good : A consensus of credible reporting or government sources confirming that Iran has halted maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz will also qualify. As you see it has an "also". We are reaching that point fast.

I agree that right now there is no consensus but articles are starting to appear that iran has closed strait of hormuz, if this continues this market will go to yes, polymarket will not solve this to no when all the papers say that strait is closed. Some tankers can pass...for the market to go to yes...also the daily average can be more than the calculation. The only thing that is needed is a wide range of top tier newspapers saying that iran closed the strait. We have some now, my opinion is that more will appear as the situation unfolds.
